Magic, Crystal, Chosen and Gods, these are but a few of the great questions in the world. What watches over us, grants great power to only a few and, if they are out there, do they provide these gifts out of benevolence or are we simply dependent on their control? Long have the answers been forgotten, hidden away by powers of old or covered over by the sands of time; whether they are still even in this world, we cannot say.
Many continue to live their lives ignoring these bygone truths, content with what they see before them while being blind to that which they cannot. Some seek the answers, though the few who do rarely know what such a quest entails; can they throw away their addled perceptions and see The World for what it truly is? Or will they seek out the Crystal Legacy, and find the disturbing reality of their own power?
As the days continue to pass, something stirs within the depths of the Aether, calling out to those who channel it, while the World slumbers ever deeper in the wake of the ancient war. On this humble continent of Heveron, for the few who search for them, the secrets of the old world await.
